@@ZiLFred_eros great question 😊 I’m inspired to go deeper into this on an upcoming podcast now that you’ve sparked it so thank you for that. ☺️ The short answer is - yes, we are all one in spirit and energetically here in this physical dimension we are as well. But we choose to come down here as separate souls having individual experiences. So for me the best way to show up and hold both of these realities in action in my life is this- I choose only to help people from my own place of power and if it feels empowering for me to do so- like am I doing it out of the energy of abundance. So if setting boundaries is protecting your power and saying no is empowering for you - than that’s the energy to follow in that moment. So many of us light workers are disempowering ourselves because we think helping people means having no boundaries or putting others first before our own needs. It’s not. Energetically this is not only disempowering you, but it’s not helping people in the way you think it is. So always ask yourself- am I honoring myself and my needs here? Am I giving from an energy of abundance? Am I creating energetic safety for myself in this situation? 💖BB
