I’ve seen many different ways to make albóndigas. Usually it’s the same ingredients but used differently. I was taught to add the uncooked rice and one raw egg into the meat and I now shred veggies into my mixture to get my kids to eat them but I love learning new recipes and customize as I go. I’m loving how you’re spending this time with your grandma and can’t wait for the next recipe 🫶🏼
