That fenton vase is stunning!

George, Petoskey stones are not only found around Petoskey. I have found many on the shores in Port Huron at the lower end of Lake Huron. They have a gray color to them, as opposed to the ones I have found on the shores of Lake Michigan, which have a brownish taupe coloring.
Rockhunting is my favorite pastime activity.
I was introduced to the Moebeain Strip (spell) when studying noneuclidean geometry. Loved that course!
I knew you had to be Scandinavian! My mother was full Norwegian and you look almost exactly like my uncle, her brother, and my late brother who took after the Halverson side of the family. I really liked your video and thank you so much for the great information George.
Love Petosky stone! I was walking the beach, and not finding them, and then someone took pity on me and she showed me what to look for! After that, I saw them everywhere!

I'm from MI and have so much Petoskey stone I haven't polished up yet. I'm going back in a few weeks and will grab a bunch more in my special beach spot on Lake Huron.

- When I list my postcards on eBay, if choose to do an Auction I start it at whatever my BIN price would have been so if I get only that 1 bid then no loss.
It was fun to show a fossil that has a following with the 'general public'! Lithuania looks like a place worth seeing.

Petosky has a great art gallery in an old church, downtown. As a Michigander my family always to the UP every summer and always demanded that we stop in Petoskey beach and look for stones, on our way to the north and camping on the shores of Lake Michigan and Superior. Great times.

The B&O book fits right into my childhood. We ate Thanksgiving dinner on railroad china when we were home, and some of it was B&O blue and white china or repros of same.

I started a collection of Pacific Pottery in this Apache Red color some time ago. I have this piece. Love it. I have found it in California, though, not here on Colorado.

About your “ Faberge” egg. I just listened to another video of yours, and I understood you to say that it if it is not the exact item you should say, “in the style of“ instead of using the brand name alone. Am I correct?
A little off this topic. It is hard for me tbo push away the resentment I feel towards the Rominoff Family's extreme and excessive rule of Russia. The Russian populist has had one of the harsher history's of countries I am familiar with. The Bulshvic (sp) Rev didn't help matters as planned.

I started selling on Etsy not too long ago and I hope to sell on Ebay soon. I want to be able to put some items in auction. I can't afford a subscription to worthpoint yet a not quite ready to start their free trial. Could someone who knows more about Holt Howard help me value a piece? It's a poodle. I found the salt and pepper but this is a figurine.
It's a white anthropomorphic curly hair poodle, about 6" high, has a black collar with gold lines.
I'm saving this to do on auction once I get established on ebay. Having trouble with my address atm.
