If i already have the Tusk top rack, will this install with the provided hardware or will i have to find longer bolts? I do not want to lose my top rack.
CUT the turn signal wire?! Is that how you install a new blinker: bring it home from the dealer, then cut the wire?
What barkbusters are those?? Mines the same color, grey but I can't find matching barkbusters.
These are the OEM handguards that come on this bike. They can be found in the OEM parts finder.

hola i will call you, when buy my DR
Do you have any tips or tricks for using the Suzuki rear rack (Part# 1388300001)? There isn't enough space between the rear rack and the frame for the Tusk rack without cutting/grinding the rear rack.
*Bakezori* Sorry. We didin't design our pannier racks to work in conjunction with the Suzuki Top Rack. We designed it to work with our Tusk Top Rack: www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p/4470/55677/Tusk-Top-Rack . Maybe our Tusk Top Rack design can give you some ideas on how to make it work?
Did you ever find a solution? About to install the tusk set on my 96 DR650.
What if I found a used set of racks with no rear bar. Would they be dangerous to use?
*Sam Stevenson* Wihout the rear bar brace installed, the structural integrity of the pannier racks goes away. That rear bar helps with side impacts from the racks bending and with your load capacity. Hope this helps.
Curious, the mounting looks almost similar to the DR350. Do you know if it would work out? I'd be happy to be a guinea pig and review :)
The mounting is all pretty similar on all the bikes, but they are very specific to each model. I am sorry, but we don't have any that will fit the DR350.
Rocky Mountain ATV MC well I am curious since the passenger pegs on the 350 and 650 are the same, the upper mount may need to be modified. Do you sell just the hardware? I'd be willing to give it a try. Following the video and looking at mine looks very very close.
You are more than welcome to buy one and try. It will require modification. the bikes are similar, but not the same.
The XR650 kit comes with bullet connector extensions. Why not do that here and spare us hacking up the harness?
Who knows why all of these companies make thing difficult and hack job mode.
Does the Rack system include bolts or, do we use original nuts and bolts? Thank you
The Tusk Pannier Racks come with mounting hardware included.
@@rmatvmc thank you!
When are you giving away the ryno kit ?
