Sorry. But I’d need a third arm to do this myself. Can I get the sensor inserted? Yes. Pull the pin? No. Remove the sensor tape? No. Position the oval tape without ruining it? No. I think the Medtronics engineers have a sick sense of humor designing something like this.

Using a mirror in this example is helpful!

Find someone off the street to help. I've been single for all my life and I'm healthy and 68 and the developers of this sensor say you are less a human and require me to "have" someone to use it. At least they finally developed a brain and came up with the Simplera Sync which the FDA may approve this century!

I’ve attempted this twice and twice the sensor pulled out when I removed the inserter. Medtronic’s needs to redesign to have tape on the sensor that holds.

Hi Jonathan. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and we'll make sure that our R&D team gets this as well! We do have a video on CZcams that might assist you with the arm insertion, here is the link: czcams.com/video/QhvC8Q32vkQ/video.html. Thank you.

I’ve read in the ether that the G4 transmitter works perfectly fine attached to leftover G3 sensors. That fundamentally the G3 and G4 sensors are functionally identical. Again, this rumor and innuendo from the internet.

Been waiting for the Sensor 4 for over a year in Canada but it has still not happened and no press release. Just rumors that it will be available July 2024. Asked Medtronics for the press release but customer service has failed me so many times.

Hi, David. We've seen an overwhelming demand for this system, and we're working to increase our processing capacity and supply for the sensors so our upgrade customers can benefit from all its features.

Idk, i think its too easy to insert you guys should redesign it to make it so i can only apply it with a team of engineers
