Hey Man. Thanks for the videos. I carry 2 x spare garmin batteries and a battery bank to charge up at night. They do go down quickly if you wear them externalky in the cold and wet. Ive had mine for 4 years. Learned more having a a walk in the local park navigating with it than when huntng!
Cheers bro, yep ended up getting 3 batteries and a power bank. Use 1battery a day when hunting long days with a couple dogs and a few features turned on.
Mint video. Shot a stag once down in a gulley. My mate and i were busy celebrating when we found it. I then slipped and my thigh landed on one of the antler points. Went in about an inch or so. Looked worst than it was but i learnt the animal will get the last laugh if im not careful.
After a few years and couple cuts on hand like your I ground all blade edge off my sticking knife. Only got point and cutting edge on both side of blade at tip only. . Carry a 2nd knife for processing . After doctoring blade I went 23 yrs of professional hunting and never got a cut from sticking knife after that so must of worked. , might be worth trying for yourself
