I lost my job a long time ago when I purchased a scooter from VoroMotors. Melvin gave back my money no questions asked. I cannot disclosed the nature of it due to policy and privacy. The point of this comment is to let everyone know that Melvin is a genuinely nice guy who cares about his customers. Thank you, Melvin.

honestly, this is the worst company about if you planing of getting a scooter I saw reviews of a Emove the you did so I when and bought one and the scooter came broke and after a month and a half they finally sent me some parts Melvin is horrible. I talk to him and he did nothing about it and somebody else after month and a half finally helped me to get my parts and they refuse to give me a refund that why I agree to to get the parts They try everything to don’t sent me a return level even lie about they saying they sent parts but after all that the finally got my scooter fix but as a company, I don’t recommend buying anything from this company horrible customer service.
@@jonathanp7123I’ve had a pretty bad experience customer support wise already and I haven’t had my scooter for a month and a half yet. I was able to haggle the repair prices from 495-95 dollars but the fact it would cost that much is insane to me when the parts should not have issues that soon after purchase. The marketing is clearly misleading if I have to treat the scooter like a baby because it’s easily damaged.
Melvin is indeed genuine. I had a terrible experience with my first pev and he worked with me personally to resolve the issue. Most wouldn't have cared.
Just did a test ride there on Saturday! They are so helpful at Voro! I asked if they knew ESG and the guy there smiled and said they did.
