That lady is one of those people who wanted to be a police officer, and could not be. So she crawls to the police, to feel some sort of "power". Here is the irony. If the police were to enforce whatever, and she was on the receiving end, all that "A$$" kissing would mean nothing.

You’ll never see cops telling her on their body cams, if so, it’s a career ending conversation or simply body cams mysteriously “malfunctioned”. If so, go to court and put her on the stand and ask if anyone id’d ur car !
