I sent several requests to your company for an Amazon purchase back on 4/4/24 for a 704 knife...when the package arrived it was open and the knife was missing...I ordered a replacement on 4/5/24 and am now charged as they said I didn't return the 4/4/24 purchase. I've contacted Amazon and your company's website multiple times with no response...please resolve this issue - to date customer service is unsatisfactory....
See my comment on previous post . There is a spot on the Amazon costumer service tab of your order that allows you to let them know it never came . Asking for a replacement implies you will return the defective knife . I wish I had more control over how Amazon handles things . But you should be able to get a full refund from them if you tell them it never arrived . Sorry for the trouble . If that dosent work let me know .
