While you make some good points on which pony does what drug and why, i happened to disagree with a lot of your points. Here's what drugs i think the ponies would do:
Rainbow Dash = Speed
100% agree with you on that one.
Rarity = Wine
Because she is a very fancy pony i think she would see coke as a drug that's beneath her and or something that could jeopardize her career, so she seems more likely to drown her sorrows in a million dollar barrel full of well aged fine wine.
Pinky = Cocaine
Because not only is it a party drug but she's so hyper and energetic all that time that it only makes sense.
Apple Jack = Psychedelic Mushrooms
Because it makes sense she would grow that kind of drug on a farm, plus it's a hallucinogen and a perfect way to kill time on a farm.
Twilight = Adderall
Because she's a workaholic who loves to read 1,000 page books in 1 sitting and Adderall will either make her hyper and help her do that with ease or relax her so she can take a break and not have to worry about anything for a while.
Fluttershy = Weed
Because not only does Fluttershy have a lot of pent up emotions that i think weed would help her find catharsis in, but she's also very in tune with nature and weed is a plant and plants come from nature so it makes sense.
My boyfriend brought up a good point against fluttershy smoking weed. She'd probably have issues with the smell affecting her friends and animals. Animals especially, very sensitive noises those critters. Hell Angel would smack the shit outta Fluttershy for that.
Also, Flutters is suspiciously chummy with Treehugger.

I was thinking about this yesterday! I think Rarity is addicted to LSD and says she does it because it gives her inspiration for new fashion lines. I think Pinkie Pie likes molly but does whatever she can get her hands on. Rainbow Dash does coke if given the opportunity, but, usually just smokes weed. Applejack doesn't have a lot of interest in drugs but smokes weed with Rainbow Dash. I think Fluttershy is an alcoholic in her free time, but, also does LSD and weed when her friends help her get some. Twilight is anti-drugs and screams at her friends about it.
