MikroTik Tutorial 11 - Creating Bridges (LAN)

Learn MikroTik RouterOs Tutorial Series (english)
Bridge is an Ethernet-like networks such as Ethernet, access points and VLAN that can be connected together using MAC bridges. The bridge feature allows the interconnection of hosts connected to separate LANs to communicate as if they were attached to a single LAN. Because bridges are transparent, they do not appear in traceroute list, and no utility can make a distinction between a host working in one LAN and a host working in another LAN if these LANs are bridged.
You will need any one of these Mikrotik routerboard router for this tutorial:

So if i want to add connection between the 2 bridge, do i just add : add address=192.168.5.1/24 interface=bridge1 network=192.168.5.0 . So bridge 1 will be able to ping the .5.x directly

I have a question
I install ip cameras
I have 5 sxt lite 5 mikrotik antennas
4 distant locations for ip cams and 1 location for the nvr
How can i program 1 sxt lite 5 as the receiver for the nvr
And the others as transmitters for the cameras

Can't connect to any device while using standard bridge. Connections are not isolated :c I can't connect laptop(WiFi) to NAS(Cable) server using hAP ac^2

What type of router are you using? I am almost sure that the ports on the router is 100/10mbps.

Create an entry for created bridge in interfaces -> inteface list -> List "LAN", Interface -> Select created Bridge (Firewall needs to know what kind of traffic comes form new bridge)
