      Hi, thanks so much! It would depend on your situation, but its common for people to move here first by themselves to get settled, find a job, housing etc, then for the family to come later. It would also depend on what visa you might qualify for. Have you looked at your options? I recommend checking out the NZ immigration website for work visa options 😄

      @@ortegajulzzz Thanks for the response. And yea I'm actually applying for jobs there now I'm feeling good about this museum position. But that does make sense. And definitely I would look into the Immigration website see if I could find anything up my alley. Thank you again. I might pick ur brain again in the near future 😆 for more related questions.

    Hello juls I see most of your videos, I am from Kurdistan in Iraq I am 24 years old and I am tired of life here the situation here is very bad I want to come to New Zealand can you advise me to come or not and why, My income here is zero how can I easily come to New Zealand legally, what job is very good income there, thanks for your reply

    • @ortegajulzzz
      @ortegajulzzz  Před rokem +1

      Hi! You'll have to apply for some sort of visa and see what you qualify for. Check out the immigration website: www.immigration.govt.nz/new-zealand-visas/explore-visa-options
      You can also explore applying for work through an accredited employer, and if you get a job offer you can apply for an accredited work visa. More information here: www.immigration.govt.nz/new-zealand-visas/visas/visa/accredited-employer-work-visa
      For jobs, it would depend what your skills are, but pay here can be pretty good depending on your industry. There's a shortage in the labour market and other industries as well, e.g. building, carpentry, electrician etc. Have a look here for a list of skill shortages in New Zealand and see if you fit in any of the categories www.careers.govt.nz/job-hunting/whats-happening-in-the-job-market/jobs-in-skill-shortage/result/construction-and-infrastructure#results
      Otherwise, I would recommend getting qualified and work experience in your home country, then apply to work in New Zealand.
      Hope that helps!
