- I was inspired by Nick Pro and Definitelynotrobin to recreate flips from Avatar the Last Airbender in real life. I've loved the show ever since I was a kid and I'm so hype that more people are watching it now that it's on Netflix. I can't wait to work on flips from Books 2 and 3 as well. She held it for a second then transitioned to an L-sit, without touching the floor with her feet or knees. I was unable to replicate it, but if you could pull it off that would be the greatest thing ever.
I wish I had the upper body strength to do that but thankfully it's not a flip so I won't have to recreate it. Maybe in the future I'll try to do it
