We are a parkour and freerunning team from Minnesota. The name Spark Freerunning comes from the shared passion we all have for movement and the spark within us. We believe that anyone can achieve greatness with enough passion and determination. Thanks for watching :)
Spark X YGT Youth Competition
Back in April, Isaiah organized a youth competition with his students at Classic Gymnastics. Great job to all the students who participated! Thanks to Calen Chan for coming out and helping to run the competition! Also thanks to all the judges and everyone who helped make the event happen!

@@gabrielmcmillan oooh good catch! I’m trying to think how I would recreate that. Maybe put a block next to a trampoline, then film it from the angle where you can’t see the trampoline, and I’d flip onto the block. Ive moved on from book 2 though, right now I’m working on book 3 flips and they’re insanely hard

Which ones did you edit? Also I’d say the most important thing for editing is to pick the perfect song that matches the vibe you’re going for. If you can do that well, then everything else will fall into place.

Love seeing the movements recreated. This show had some nice choreography with how much they focused on martial arts for the bending
Thanks! And for sure! I love how they had specific martial arts for the different bending styles, and had stunt choreography to make sure it looked realistic
