How I get Vibrant Prints from my Revel 2402 T DTF Printer

In this video I will tell you how to get the most vibrant prints on a consitent basis, everytime with your Revel 2402-T Dtf Printer. I’ve got you AW. I’m getting ready to hit you up with designs because my dtg machines are down. How do I get the Etsy setup so that when I publish my design they will use your shop. My Father’s Day Design is an Original and it could make both you and I a good deal, because it’s not the same as others

whats the like major difference between this and the SG1000? this just does it on a bigger roll right? the SG1000 is like a miniature version of this?

The SG is limited to polyester and polyester blends. This can press onto any fabric.

@@adubbproductions what’s the recommended max blend of cotton to have in the shirts, i just bought the SG1000 and literally just found this out. Thanks for responding and great videos

@Neesay3 For the best results use 100 percent polyester white shirts. You can use light colored shirts but the print colors will shift. The lowest i would go is 60 percent poly but you can go higher but the prints will not be as vibrant. If you need some dtf transfers i got you. You can order at www.allanawade.com

I might be forced to because the dtf market is becoming very competitive. The lower prices are more attractive regardless of how good my quality is. What are their prices like? I need to go take a look.

What can you do with this that you couldn't do with the SG1000?

The two are totally different processes. The SG1000 is a sublimation printer. This applies ink to a film then a powder is added and cured so you can press onto most garment types. Sublimation only works with garment with a high polyester count. Dtf applies to all color polyester as well as other materials. Sg1000 is sublimation only.

Ofcorse they prefer and recommend you use their inks but you can use other inks just fine.
