- Iowa Interstate GE ES44AC #516 (30th Anniversary) sits east of Silvis, Illinois in Carbon Cliff, Illinois. Soon after I arrived to take pictures of the consist, 516 began its auto start up sequence, which I taped for your enjoyment! Really awesome sounds! 516 is 2 of 2 on the Council Bluffs-Blue Island (CBBI) train, which departed roughly 2 hours after this video was taken.
