When your granddaddy and I were newly Weds, I made a load of bread. I used a recipe for 2 loaves. So that meant the one loaf had twice the amount of flour. My husband said it could only be used for a door stop. He loved me any way.😂

It looks like your starter is very healthy. Your bread could use some stretch and folds to build the gluten. That would give you an easier time handling such a high hydration dough and give you a much better rise/less dense dough. Also cooking in a vessel or with steam would defiantly help with the rise at it'll keep the outside from setting too quickly during the bake and trapping the shape preventing the internal bubbles from expanding. I can't really tell how much room is inside that countertop oven, but when we had our camper with the combination microwave convection oven, we just made rolls instead of whole loaves to account for the less space. Anyhow, I am confident your experimenting will lead to improvements. Praying y'all keep enjoying yourselves and don't burn out on the video making given your high production this month. God Bless.

To clean your blender, put a little bit of dish soap and water in the blender and mix it up, it cleans pretty well and then you can just rinse. We have had a ninja for years and have been doing this from the beginning!
Just found your page last week while looking for videos on Nassau and have been watching from the beginning.

For cleaning the blender I would recommend getting a bottle brush. I have the same blender and use a baby bottle brush cleaner to get the very bottom! Also good for getting the bottom of water bottles also:)

You may want to be careful using a toaster oven. It normally pulls a 20 amp circuit, and your boat is probably only wired for a 15 amp. A 20 amp circuit would have a larger diameter wire, and a 20 amp breaker.

I could imagine using this with shore power, but it seems like it would draw a lot of electricity to cook the slow cook meals.

You might want to wait a bit for bread to cool down before cutting, it keeps cooking inside for better texture
