I'm Australian and my mum always told me, in order to cure a hangover.. "Just keep drinking the next morning"

Personally, I've found that eating a bloody shit-ton of hot chips, wedges, hash browns or potato cakes from the local fish-n-chip shop or Macca's or wherever, always seems to work for me. I'd also recommend drinking a pint glass of water (or a Powerade) after every two beers or so, and also to take 1 hour breaks from alcohol after every 2-3 hours of solid drinking. Mind, it's bloody important to eat the chips or whatever WHILE STILL GETTING PISSED; it doesn't work anywhere near as well if you eat the chips after waking up with a hangover.
This thing is said also here in Italy
In Germany we call the beer you drink the morning after your hangover "Konterbier".
In India they say you know how you need snake venom to make anti venom? likewise,alcohol is the cure for a hangover

Well in Bulgaria Kefir we call it Airian or Айрян from yoghurt,Kotlet in Bulgaria is Kufteta кюфтета,we have zakuski as well,but we don't cure only hangover with salty food we cure it with pork fat with sunflower oil on white bread and a lot of garlic and Airian.

My best solution is eat a lot of greasy food or pasta/rice before going to sleep drunk as hell❤ Damn, it would have saved my life so many times to know this earlier.

You got it wrong. You have to eat at the same time while drinking, not before you go to sleep. Every time you take a shot you have to equal it out with food.
Greasy food stops rapid alcohol absorbtion into bloodstream and acidic drinks/foods in the morning helps to purify alcohol out of the blood faster. Its science mon. Slavs been drinking vodka for many centuries.
I do this often after house parties. When my grandmother and aunt start asking you to do shots, you best hope you prepared.

My grandma had a stroke and is paralyzed for 3-4 months. Sometimes their concern for their grandchild becomes a bit irritating but damn i miss the way my grandma loved me.
