He seemed childlike and happy as he showed everyone his new invention and cat shirt
He's like a 5 year old genius
Especially with the hat
Sierra L. A 5 year old with deadly toys
So you're saying that a 5 year old kid with toys that he made for himself is friends to a 13 year old psychopath that's dating an anime character
JIMMY NUTRIOOOOON
@@kro9217 but like I don't think Jimmy neutron has the same child like mindset as him

What on earth? It works perfectly? It looks professionally made? It's legitimately useful? It didn't break?
Where's the jank? Who are you?
ello, have you seen a ziptie pliz?HAVE YOU SEEN A ZIPTIE PLIZ????
It’s an imposter!!!!
Unsubbed
I was going to say he probably paid Michael to make it because everything he makes works... But I don't think he's ever made anything that the owner would WANT to work...
It sounds pretty Janky... imagine eating in a nice restaurant with that Zzzt Zzzzt
4:10 *Michael staring in disappointment as he watches William’s invention actually work*
@Joe mama why thank you
I am second my brother
I will be third, but not last

Can we just appreciate the fact that it actually worked SO GOOD. Like wtf there has never been an invention on this channel that has become anywhere near as perfect as this one
ikr these were literally perfect
I like how this is the only video in the "Things that actually work" playlist
Hey, you're right xD
LMFAO
He needs more of those
Needs to add the sun blocking hat to that playlist.
Hahaha awwwwh
William showing off his chopstick invention to the ladies at the first sushi shop was adorable
Ikr omg aaa
Lmao they were super excited about it too

~ William Osman 2019
Well guys it's time to unsubscribe it's been a wild ride
Yeah I'm just not comfortable with him actually making something good.
Agreed xD
Lmao
Exactly
Prince Alabi I came for absolute failures, this success scares me.
What?
William made something that worked better than expected?
First the wooden bicycle, and now this...
I am scared. He's evolving.
This is the end my only firiend the end
I hate when he makes something which works
Because he worked on it for more than a day
8:36 that disturbed look of confusion on her face is absolutely priceless
this took me out lmao
Disturbed? She just looked really curious to me
I like how this is his only video under the category of "Stuff that actually works."
Not even joking, this could be really useful for people whose muscles don't work properly
Duncan Munro as someone with permanent nerve damage in my hand I agree with this
I used to use chopsticks all the time, but can’t anymore
Well he needs to work on miniaturization. Crazy big for something you're supposed to just carry around
Barlakopofai yeah absolutely, if you could get it smaller it would be absolutely game changing
Or arthritis
I could actually see a less clunky and sleeker version of this being marketable.

This is so great! I think the best part is showing it to the locals. They seemed genuinely impressed. And it's such a quirky little device that it feels right at home in the culture of japan.
*"You should eat your vegetables, dont smoke them."*
Famous last words
This seems like it would be better at picking tomatoes out of salads than Michael's robot
Yeh but can it possibly stab the fuck out of your hand like Michaels?... didn't think so ;)
Heah yeah
the two should combine forces
Tomatoes don't deserve the luxury of being picked out delicately by robot chopsticks
That’s a fair point
Everytime William makes something:
Modern problems requires modern solution
YeppyNope lmao made my day
Modern problems require futuristic solutions
You just summarized all his and Michael's videos
Modern problems require over complicated not learning how to use chopsticks solutions.
DIRTY TURBAN he’s name is not dave
My favorite thing about this video is that when he made the little sketch of where Japan is, Alaska is actually accurately sized
let’s appreciate the fact this is the only video in the playlist “things that actually work”
“Eat your vegetables, don’t smoke them”
-Life advice with William Osman
no it's a life hack
I now eat my weed
edibles time
*looking at my burnt lettuce*
Oh
He actually said that as I read this
William that's actually genuinely useful. If you make it a bit more compact and streamlined, you've got yourself an eating aid for the disabled/uncoordinated
Valthorix That would be a great idea! Thanks!
@Valthorix agree! We can name it "spoon"!
or just americans who cannot eat with chopsticks
if you lack use of both arms, you are going to need alot more than some servos and gears to eat. Chop-sticks require 3 working fingers on one hand, and trust me, praqctice makes perfect, I can eat jellow with them and hold noodles to avoid dripping, which is actually way more useful than using a fork by the way.
@@Efrxim not really, I just prefer them for noodles, because I don't like getting sauce drips on my face or shirt, and they are perfect for slurping noodles. Also who wants to cut up their food? We in Murica, let the chef do that, I'l just pick up the pre-cut pieces with some bamboo thanks
"eat you vegetables, don't smoke them"
Best quote ever
The part when he is on the train and the crab hat's pincers are on the handle is so cute
be careful, I remember what happened to the last youtuber who wore a silly hat during his Japan vlog.
Ah yes. Electrobooms hat got blown away by the wind. That was a sad day.
Lmfaoooo
He visited restaurants, not a forest. 😏
I was thinking that the whole video
@@Mromfgtrololol i just hope he doesn't catch a cold😓 when he say that he lost his hat
I am disappointed. Unsubscribed.
That thing worked almost flawlessly and as intended. I'm going to Michael Reeves
ikr, I didn't signed up for high quality content
also, he didnt mention anything about the thingy refusing to pick up tomatos, leading me to believe it could actually be used in that regard. scandalous, nothing less.
you had me in the first half not gonna lie
You didn’t say it right, it’s Micheal reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee( add more e’s here) ves.

Thanks for this amazing video was down for a week cause of misfortunes keep coming everytime then I just smiled after watching this. I cant express my gratitude to you.
1:57 3D printer time!!!
Am i dreaming or did William just make something that works well in a small amount of times and with minimal mistakes?
Killersnake1233 clearly it was the 3D printer.
he clearly is on drugs
Honestly the bean reese's came out really well too. While its fun to laugh at how silly his usual inventions come out im thoroughly entertained and impressed at these successes
Lol he even had an animation showing how it works like???
No joke, William start making inventions like this for people with disabilities! You have a gift!
Not knowing how to eat with chopsticks is a disability
@Khaffit I feel like it isn't nice to charge people with disabilities much more than is needed to turn a profit.
@@RumblesLikeDumblebee no it's not so bad. Like normal profit rates are insane but if it kicks off they really need it because in order to meet demand you need more workers and supply's and the insane profits help meet those and let you make money
@@LavenderBluz Profits are what are left over after the cost of running a business are paid. I'm not saying profit shouldn't be made. It just sounded like someone was calling for squeezing all the profit that could possibly be made out of disabled people, which feels scummy.
@@RumblesLikeDumblebee oh right, I thought you meant big profit on just one sale. But my statement does still stand in order to stay afloat and pay people good amounts you gotta make a decent sized
Really good video ! Thank you William.
I like how there is one thing in the "Things that actually work" playlist.
Dude you made an actual really awesome thing. I'm so lost.. it's like.. you're improving, I thought this channel was a documentary on the descent of William into madness
what do u mean? him making something that is working perfectly isn't madness? Then what is?
@@deficientape73 Exactly, his descent has gone so far he is coming back up again
Simeon Negative integer error.
I know how to use chopsticks and I'd buy this just for the convenience. It's way better than the roll of paper and rubber band method, plus it looks way cooler. I know he joked about the Kickstarter, but this could make eating abroad way less stress inducing.
This thing is dumb. Just use the chopstick it isn't that hard.
If you can't, just learn it takes a couple seconds
Breaking news: William actually makes a working something
I have watched a lot of your videos and I still can't get over your picture

I refuse to believe this is a William Osman video just on the sole fact that the project worked...
😂yes
He can make a hight tech machine but not use chopsticks. You kidding me 😂 lol 😂
Their faces when he's eating the "special" sushi
He was like a child showing everyone the invention he was so damn proud of. 😂 Bless you, William Osman.
I would be damn proud of that child if this is what he showed me
I mean programming something is heck of a job let alone something like that
I understand what he did was very impressive, and could never be attempted by a child, but he just looked so sweet and happy, comparable only to a child.
Imagine someone walking down the street talking random to strangers: Hello, Hello, Thank you, Hello, Hello
Lol
honestly that isnt really that uncommon in big cities, i wouldnt even think twice
Actually sometimes you can experience it everywhere if you met someone that lived all his life at some small village where everyone knew each other so after age of 30 or 40 you just tell it to everyone you pass xP
And i godd dammit have met a person like that
What is better i also came from a village where you call good day if you pass someone just like that
And when I moved into city i still say good day to ppl i pass in less densed areas and that is hard to fight I'm just used to it
@@Yeti-db8qd are you all Yeti?

stuff like this im gonna miss, William we love you dude!
Ok so when you said "Kickstarter available now" I got genuinely hyped lol. You should do it!! This could help so many people, like with nerve damage, Parkinsons and also Americans.
I Just want them for the fact that i cant realy Control the force of the pinch when im eating with copsticks so my sushi crumbles all the time ....
Kris Goetze isn't adding Americans redundant?
3 life impacting disabilities
ikr i legit went and looked for a link lmao
I don't see how using this construction is easier than just using a fork though lol
I legit think those chop sticks could make you a ton of money selling them in tourist heavy places in japan
Yeah, especially if you continued to use genuine fork handles, and surrounded the mechanics in like a 3dprinted shell to hide them slightly. Also figured out how to optimise them for noodles and have like a settings menu via some buttons and a small LED screen or something. Have them come with like, a small box with 2 sushi in it for demonstration purposes
If they could be smaller and more subtle i think they definitely would
@@SorchaSublime maybe use like a microswitch or some kind of button so the user can control when it goes so it doesnt drop things like noodles.
They would need to be refined and decreased in size, subbing the 9V battery for some button battery’s, decreasing the size of the gears/motors, and refining the circuitry, ie having a dedicated board with a low power uProcessor. Could definitely be done
Just bring your own fork lol

2019
This is the first video that was recommended to me by William Osman, and I am not kidding you when I said I laughed out loud for a solid 30s at 5:15 when you had that hat on. 😆 Seeing the chefs joy from seeing your invention was so heartwarming, and it made me so happy. 10/10 video, for sure.
Also, I was watching this video AGAIN (because it was that funny to me) a few months ago during quarantine on my TV when my younger sister (12) walked in right at the "It is. 3D. Printer. Time! *meow music*" and when she heard the music she just literally started boogeying to the beat and asked me to rewind it so she can hear it again. 7:43 the fact that William just walks up to a complete stranger, while wearing a crab hat, and asks him to review his gadget.
With that attitude he would be a great at marketing it xD
