Longest recommended time is 7-12 mins at the maximum 15 but that's just insane

He's probably finally off the roids and HGH and just waiting a certain period before jumping back in the USADA pool to ensure he doesn't pop dirty from residual shat still in his system. Know they all have varying half lives. I've done cycles for bodybuilding (I'm not a pro by any means) but never had to worry about testing so no idea how long you need to be off cycle to pass tests.

This wasn't a manual ice bath though - the units next to the baths keep the temperature the same the whole time

When I was on exercise a group of use tested positive for covid. They didn't know what to do with us, so we stood in a field without jackets in the cold for a couple hours. 10 minutes after being relocated to a warm tent, one of our guys collapsed unresponsive. No one knew what was going on because we were all warmed up. He had hypothermia and still has nerve damage to this day.
Saddest part is Chandler did the 30mins of pain in hopes of getting the Conor fight....🤣

I did hip deep for over 30 minutes at Sapper school. February in Missouri building a rope bridge. My junk literally completely went inside me. I was shivering for a long time after. Any longer and they would have went hypothermic for sure.

Not for nearly 30 minutes straight lol there’s a reason most people can only last a few minutes. If they would have been fully submerged might have been a real issue for that length of time.
Daily icebath couple here. My wife does 25-30 minutes at that temperature while having business meetings on zoom AND being fully immersed until the neck. If my arms and chest are outside the water, i can stay forever… Those guys are professional athletes 😅 i usually do 15-20 minutes fully immersed but my personal best is 40 minutes
Ps. You will not just drop dead. Your body is quite good at shifting the blood to its core or warmer regions. Once you feel like you cant think anymore, and your legs move very slow, its time to get out. In the best case, never do it alone or at least ask someone to check on you. Once you realize its too much, you probably cant save yourself. You need someone to pull you out
