Extra is a celebrity gossip site. I’m not surprised, but still disappointed that some journalists are trying to pry at their relationship. I think those types of questions should be off limits. We’re getting enough Tomdaya content without the questions.
This to me wasn't that bad and they played off well and made a joke out of it. I don't know I didn't get that they were uncomfortable.

Love what Tom said about clearing up the if he's Spidey by 30 comment. That makes a lot more sense when you think about him being a supporting character by the time he's that age, mentoring another young Spidey. I love these three, hope they get to work together again too!

There is no disputing the fact that over the past 4-5 years that they have grown very close together since the first film, Tom, Zendaya and Jacob have made the SpiderMan MCU film series absolutely incredible to watch, the way they portray their respective characters is even greater.

Love how Zendaya takes her cue from Tom when asked a personal question about their relationship. See how she turns to him smiling at 2:30 then her and Jacob go along with him and joked about it. Good way to keep their relationship private, even while public.
We’ve been watching Spider-Man movies for nearly 20 years and the dude hasn’t gotten out of college yet. We need to see Holland’s Spider-Man grow up. Guy needs to get married and have his daughter.

Let's be honest we don't wanna see another actor play spiderman. Tom Holland plays him incredibly well and brings out a side of spiderman we haven't seen before and that's what makes him so unique.

I agree that Tom Holland plays the best Peter Parker, in my opinion (not that the other films and actors don’t have merits). Although I wouldn’t mind a live action spider-verse, adding more spider people to the roster like Miles. But I hope we get to see a lot more of Tom’s Peter. Not a lot of the remaining characters in the MCU really appeal to me. I’m so bummed after Endgame :/

The kid fits the image of a young kid whose probably way too far in over his head, with very little experience and a whole lot of responsibility. A corky kid whose trying his best to fit in and not only live his life but make sure new yorks safe, even though he seems like the run and hide kid not the save the day kid. The iron man storyline served as a subplot and replacement for Uncle Ben. They didnt wanna repeat the uncle ben death so they took a different route and it was able to incorporate him into Civil War, Infinity War and Endgame. Hes doing a good job. Cut him some slack. It's not like Tony and Peter just randomly became best buds overnight. They went through tons of shit, including Tony having to watch Peter get dusted, Peter watching Tony die. That shit makes you closer. Tony believed in Peter.
It's not about someone else playing a teen spider-man. It's about us getting to watch the full journey of Peter Parker from a teen to an adult, us getting to see his full story for once and see what makes him the legend that he is in the comics. You give us that and then you can move on with Miles or whoever else.
I have to agree with this. Tom's the right person to do it. Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow, Thor, etc. have had long runs. Tom Holland's Peter Parker, in my opinion, is on that level. Can we for once see the full story, that's not cut short for a new Spider-Man to come in? I think Miles Morales is awesome and I really look forward to him, but Peter Parker has to complete his journey. It doesn't have to do with his race, sexuality, or gender. He's the original and we never have gotten to see his full story on the big screen. I don't think his story is anywhere near finished.

I want to see Peter get a full Spider-Man journey in the MCU before we move on to Miles. The end of NWH feels like a halfway point in Peter's story.

I absolutely ADORE toms portrayal of Peter Parker!! I will forever stand by my opinion that tobey is my forever and best spiderman and Tom is the best Peter Parker. They both bring insanely amazing portrayals to both Parker and Spider-Man but I said what I said lolll (& tbh I was never a fan of the andrew movies. I don’t even rly remember them😳)

1:15 okay that was definitely a spoiler and MJ definitely doesn't die. I noticed actors tend to use the reverse psychology trick when talking about movies, I don't think Tom would mention her dying if she actually died. Well on the other hand Mark Ruffalo said that everyone dies in Infinity War and that kinda happened. But I still don't believe they'll kill her off. One spidey girlfriend death was enough. What's left is to see which Spider-Man saves her. I would love if Andrews spiderman did it so it could kinda be his redemption, but I feel like Marvel will absolutely do the cliche 'girl is saved by the love of her life and then they kiss in the heat of the moment' thing

I love Miles, especially after Into The Spider-Verse, but I think that Miles shouldn’t be introduced until Peter in his Mid-Late 20s. That way they have have Peter being the more older & experienced mentor, while having Miles be young and around the same age that Peter was when he became Spider-Man.
Peter should train Miles, and pass the torch to him like in the Spider-Man PS4 game & the Miles Morales game. But he retires and let’s Miles take over but comes back if necessary.
Hopefully the second trilogy focuses on Peter going to college/university and meeting the MCU Harry Osborn and Gwen Stacy like in the comics.
That could be where we get our teases for MCU Green Goblin, other villains and other characters, and leaving the ‘Iron Man Protégé’ story arc, for Peter to craft his own future as Spider-Man.
Maybe the last movie could give hints to Parker Industries and how Peter will live his life when not Spider-Man in the future. Then we get another movie or show that focuses on Peter discovering Miles and then training him, eventually passing the torch.
Plus Parker Industries could explain how he could still assist Miles and have an impact on the MCU, even if we don’t see him in it all the time.
Which is why we are getting another troligy of him in college.
