    I love it when they chat with their clients while one of them is sitting on the toilet. I’ve seen that in at least 3 different episodes. Is that a British thing?

      It seems to be. Another annoying habit they have when having their homes open for viewing is more often than not the toilet lid is left up.

    How old is this episode? Kirstie looks and sounds totally different. And nowadays even in Liverpool you can't get that kind of house for that cheap.

      Easily now 20 + years, 2000 2001
      That terrace in aigburth would now be about 290 300k

      Estate agents are the biggest con take your money if you let them i would never use an Astarte agent i would sell my own house which i have done before and saved thousands think about it

      And a comment like that just makes you sound like a regular moron :) Liverpool is a beautiful city. I feel much more at home visiting there than having lived 5 years in Lonely London. If you don’t like it, don’t live there but no need to yuk someone else’s yum.
