I have a California deeming hybrid tea for Mother’s Day and I planted it in the ground, partial shade placement, and it’s surviving but no more blooms, I don’t want to pull it up, I’ll just wait to see too. 🌹

That's a great spot for a tree rose. It's going to be gorgeous when it blooms! Some of the leaves on my roses are fried also, but not terrible. This year so far, we hit 102 only once. Overall, this summer has not been as bad as in previous years. We've been in the mid to high 90s, and I am in So. Cal, zone 10a., but not near the beach. Btw, Costco has a pretty good selection of bulbs, I picked up a few bags last week. Can't wait to plant them!
