Thanks. A good cut of beef doesn't need to be masked with a bunch of other flavours. I love meat. Keep cooking great steaks.

I've thought about cooking a steak like this but I never followed through with it. I think I'll try it next time.

Nice video! I would suggest getting a nice quality light to use to light your close up shots. There was a few angles that just weren’t bright enough to get a good view

You can find grass fed butter for about a buck more. It really tastes different. Normal butter gets the job done just fine though

Reverse sear cooking can happen inside the house using the oven and the stove top in a pinch. The smoke flavor is absent, but the finished product is still marvelous.

Yes for sure. Sous vide was really taking off the last few years too but seems to have simmered down lately lol
It works great with steaks when finished off on a barbecue or seared in a hot pan. No fancy sous vide machine I've done it in a cooler with hot water that worked good. Thanks for checking this one out and leaving the great comment. Thanks!

Thanks so much! This is all still a learning process and I truly appreciate the feedback. The shirts on available on Amazon in the US but I learned then don't ship worldwide so that could be an issue. I think it's mainly to keep costs down and they do free returns all handled by Amazon.
Thanks for even trying and letting me know about the problem.
