There is one thing all these healthy dinners have in common and that is they are all under 500 calories.
This video is a follow up to my grocery haul where i showed what I'd be making and in this video I show you how to make those dinners. : @h2Co
I'll be showing you some really easy and healthy dinners as well as some low carb lunches.
A lot of these meals are slimming world friendly and also fit with diets such as Slimfast as all under the 600 calories.

I recently found this video and I love the recipes!! Today I tried the Spanish style chicken bake. But I replaced the potato with pumpkin and it was absolutely delicious 😍 I will also try Chicken fried rice this week. Can’t wait!
