    Have a mat, block, chair or bolster (all optional )
    - grief is something we will all experience in our lifetime , it is natural and nothing to be ashamed of .
    Here in this 20 min class I bring in breathing , visualisation and simple movement to aid a shift of energy in the layers of body, mind and emotion
    The practice of yoga can help us feel brighter and remind us that we are multi dimensional and sometimes fragile and that’s ok
