Today We adopted our 13 year old foster son, from Honduras, who is now our son. Him and I are falling asleep on the couch together, his head on my shoulder, listening to this peaceful and beautiful music. My heart is filled with joy and love. Dad and son and a few tears.

I know what anxiety , panic attacks , and depression feels like. I just want to say just accept whatever you are feeling and never ever be ashamed of seeking help from someone for your problem. I'm lying down in the shade of a neem tree... hot day... scorching sun... play of warm and cold breeze... bird chirping on my right side trying to sing along with the noise of leaves... clear blue sky... electric pole and the wires trying to hide the mountain on my left... a cube of stone acting as pillow.. red ants randomly biting my legs making sure I don't fall asleep and making sure I witness the creation, my breath is slow, gentle while my eyelids are heavy and... this music... this fragment of time.. instead of naming this moment.. I will simply thank everything, everyone and every moment of my life that led me to this point of time❤
