I had a dr.appt. today to get a follow up on my blood pressure and before I went to the doctor I prayed ask GOD to bless my blood pressure to come normal and of a good report and my heavenly Father did. My three year old daughter asks to listen to this every single night when I put her to bed. We lay together and listen to the beautiful music and the peaceful rain. She has never been able to stay awake long enough to hear the music after 5 minutes. It knocks her out every single time. Whenever she gets a boo boo or gets really upset about something she always asks to listen to it and falls peacefully asleep in my arms.
Yes my youngest daughter who is also listens to this at bedtime and she now has me listening to it at night as well and I normally have trouble falling asleep but not since I started listening to this now I am usually out in about 15min..its almost like it casts a sleep spell on you😂 😴
