Lol, unfortunately this all will fail. Tata and India will never become a EV superpower as they want to become. Their cars will never be competitive outside India...especially since they basically are going the protection route by making the competition impossible to comptete by artificially boosting cost with massive taxes to foreign products. Protectionism never works and it makes you a bad partner for business. You should have took the same route as China...by opening them up to REAL business/completion instead of restricting it. Within a couple year China has learned what they needed to from foreign companies and is already building competitive products. They are now going to be able to scale this up and compete on the world stage...meanwhile India will just go backwards and force inferior products on their citizens. Its a shame too. Inda finally had a chance to become a world player and take advantage of this new transition to electrification. They have the talent and workforce...and instead chose the corrupt cronies route.
This is to bring to your Notice that GAJRAJ VAHAN, Commercial Vehicle Dealer, TATA Motors Hazaribagh, Showroom staff is unskilled, fraud, irresponsible, dull and the showroom is not having a management skill. 1. Recently I bought a TATA Magic for which they asked 20,000 for the booking of the vehicle which they said they would return after the vehicle is delivered. When the vehicle was delivered they returned only 18,000 saying that suddenly the vehicle amount increased by the company which they had no idea at the time of sale. 2. Next issue was that the vehicle has a GPS which they Showroom said that it is 1 year free plan. But the plan did not last even a month. When I tried to contact the showroom about it that the Application is not working and its showing “plan has expired” they said they had no idea about it why its not working and demanded to recharge the plan. Why didn’t they inform about it at the time of purchase that the application will work only work one month. What type of mismanagement is this. They have no information about the current price list of vehicles and trying to do fraud with the customers by giving false information about these type of things. TATA is such a top leading brand and such type of Mismanagement by the showroom is not at all expected.
100km range with load is pretty decent for the chota hathi purpose.

Range not enough for commercial vehicle. If it is 500+ range then it will be a super duper hit.
If 500+ means, cost will be very high. If they give the options for 500+ means, it will be very useful for every customers.
