According to Law in India, “no statutory offence takes place when adults willingly engage in sexual relations outside the marital setting"
But this law applies only to women, because if a husband has a sexual relationship outside marriage, the wife can claim mental harassment and get him imprisoned for 3 years.

He can either have an angel read out His message or inspire an angel or a human with the knowledge of it. The whole point of having messengers (supernatural angels or human apostles) is so that Allah doesn't have to directly communicate with people. It's not that Allah can't or is avoiding it but that creation won't be able to survive His theophany or his being in the created realm. Once, Prophet Moosa' requested Allah to manifest Himself to him and he was on a mountain. When Allah only revealed His tajalli (divine glory) the whole mountain crumbled to dust and prophet Moosa' fainted. Later Moosa' repented. (Soorat al-A'raaf, v. 143).

That is a rather ingenious argument, but it has one plain flaw in it. If we condemn modern methods of war, does that entitle us to automatically apply ancient methods, including slavery, to our times when slavery was only justified for the past? We live in an age when current political and economic conditions are not used to justify slavery. So is it justified now or not?
If yes, then why talk about ancient conditions at all? If Qur’anic legislation is literally valid for all times, without allowance for historical change, then slavery has to be justified in today’s terms, not by comparing the past with the present. That is what he would do for polygamy, women’s rights, male leadership, etcetera. So why should slavery be argued for any differently?

I am writing this as a Muslim who agrees with all of his positions on major issues. But his argument for slavery needs fine-tuning; a well-informed debater could easily poke holes in it.
If i remember correctly he already distinguish western slavery from islamic ones on previous videos. It has many significant differences.
I dont see how the arguments going to work if in the future, you have high accuracy technology to kill a target with 0 innocent casualties.
Also i think i found hadeeth that encourages to free slaves and no hierarchy between master and slaves. I keep thinking about many worse implications if they did not become a slaves. Maybe in modern times those bad implications can be reduced.

In Charity you transfer ownership of your property to another person/trust, it’s not necessarily making the property public
Freeing slaves on the other hand doesn’t mean giving slaves to other person , it’s freeing them
Of course , I’m not saying Islam is gradually abolishing slavery, sometimes slavery is necessary
But an ideal Islamic world is free of slaves and poverty and non Muslims (no one to be enslaved in that case )
in an ideal Islamic world, there will be no hudud because there is no Zina and no apostasy, no lashing because no alcoholism, no punishment of any sort because of no sin. Is this the point you are trying to make?

Completely agree with you on that entrepreneurship point. I joined the real world platform while I was in a job, only learning how to do crypto. Once I felt okay now I can take the risk of starting a business, only then I left my job and studied copywriting and video editing in the real world campus.

What does daniel mean when he says slavery is morally necessary or a moral necessity. Morals are tied to what Allah decrees to be good or evil. It wasn't necessary for Allah to permit slavery. Unless I'm misunderstanding something
