The upcoming Bad Batch lego set features a Gonk droid. Could be a new fan favorite, or just because of its unlimited power
*Unlimited powaaaaaaaa*
Did someone say unlimited powaa?
Gonk!
Unlimited Gonk.
Nice! I'm hoping for a Droid too.
Almec had armor in the Siege of Mandalore even though he was previously the head of the peaceful government, so I'd assume that means most Mandalorians still had family armor they kept but didn't use.
Qui gon wouldn't have joined Dooku, qui gon believed in the jedi prophecies of the force too much and his ideals were more dedicated to Jedi teachings whereas dooku always had a broader mind for alternatives to the Jedi way. If Dooku had told qui gon about Sidious he would either try to convince his master back to the light or try to arrest him.
I agree
Also Rael aveross didn’t even join dooku
arrest dooku lol dooku would of killed qui gon. very very interesting though. dooku and maul/ventress vs obi wan and qui gon likely would of happened. I get the vibe dooku and maul/ventress would of defeated the two and anakin would of fell to the darkside far quicker.
@@ShadowDeist dooku definitely would not have killed Qui-Gon
@@acebronx9658 lol my mistake I for about the close bound the two had
Q&A: How was C3-PO able to see Luke’s force projection in the Last Jedi if droids are completely detached from the force since they aren’t living creatures?
At a guess, he noticed where everyone was looking and spoke to where he assumed Luke's protection was. That, or he's become developed enough to count as one by the Force.
Well I think the force ghost chooses who sees them right?
Because it was a projection so anything with an eye or lens or camera could see him
The whole point of the force power is to appear as though you're there
The bad batch own a gonk droid on their ship in the clone wars arc, wrecker uses it as weights
Spoiler: The Gonk Droid sells them out to the Empire to get revenge.
11:55 I find it interesting that y’all don’t feel comfortable with seeing Leia brought back when we’ve actually had two different CGI recreations of young Leia so far: First in Rogue One, and again in TROS during the lightsaber flashback
TROS does not count. It is not actually considered SW canon. 😄
@@matto5704 haha
Rogue One was done with Carrie's blessing. TROS is like...okay you can't finish up the Saga without Leia, so I get it. I just don't want Lucasfilm to make a habit out of bringing any actor they want back to life at a whim. I think it's something that should take a lot of consideration. But honestly as long as Carrie's family offers its blessing it should be fine.
@@StarWarsExplained Fair enough, fair enough. I agree, they should be very cautious when deciding whether or not to bring back actors via CGI
as far as any Leia appearances i would rather they ask Billie her daughter to stand -in and portray her to use for holo appearances, but not a physical appearance. that way it'll be easier to deep fake-it at least
She’s already played a character though
Just get that Norwegian actress back, but don't bother with any effects
Q&A: how long was Biggs with the rebellion?
I always wanted to believe the deleted scene of Biggs and Luke at tosche station was canon but if so that would only mean he was with the rebellion for a few days at the most?
The from a certain point of view novel gives some of his flight stats that suggests he’s been with them a while, and one of the age of rebellion comics shows him and porkins on leave. Do you know any more of his background in the new canon? Thanks!
Would Lando's maneuver at the Batte of Taanab be anything like Han's "i know a few maneuvers" where he just drifts to the left?
Q&A: So “The Acolyte” is definitely gonna be about Plagueis, right?
@@arvelcrynyd6311 Thanks man
Q&A: For the upcoming Star Wars Aycoltye Series since it's confirmed to be 50 years before The Phantom Menace started. Do you think Darth Plageius could have already have a Sith Apprentice before Palpatine steals his or her spot as Darth Plageius's Apprentice and maybe the main protagonist would be a brand new character that is the Apprentice before Palpatine joined in the Sith Eternal?
If they don’t answer this next week I’ll copy and paste it to Patreon for us all to get an answer. I’m super curious their answer to this.
@Richie Koesel Technically, Count Dooku would have still be in the light side in the timeline since he did turned to the dark side when Darth Maul killed his apprentice Qui-Gon Jinn. I do see Palpatine would might have an eye on Dooku as an apprentice and might first meet for setting up as the plan we already knew in The Prequel Trilogy.
@@powerrangersexplained Oh wow, thanks.
No way! Qui-Gon is my favorite character and I couldn’t see him joining the separatists. I think he’d be what The High Republic calls a Wayseeker Jedi. He was one of if not the only Jedi that was truly listening to both the living and cosmic force. Love these little Q&A videos and love to see both of your thoughts!
What if Satine’s turn to pacifism was because she did have armor, was good at killing, and saw the error of her ways?
The Top Gear meme with Jeremy Clarkson with Falcon's head in the first frame and Hunters helmet in the next is so true.
Got my first shot, feels like a Yalbic stinger.
Q&A:Do you think after the First Order & Resistance war,The first order have small remnants around the galaxy?Do you think the Sith Enteral also have remnants too? Yep
Well, we have Ochi of Bestoon. He is not named Emperor's Hand of anything but it's pretty close to that. He is not force-sensitive (at least that we know of) but he is definetly a secret assasin working for the Emperor and a Sith follower. There's room for more like him working for Palpatine within the Sith Eternal.
Q&A: What broke the “two tubes,” brothers apart? In rebels Benthic is rolling with Sah’s partisans and in SOLO, Edrio is rolling with Enfys Nest’s rebel cell.
Q&A: The fate of some inquisitors was left ambiguous, such at the eighth brother and ninth sister. Do you think there’s room for any of them to make a return in future stories? (Maybe set in the post Return of the Jedi era?)
Cal and crew are gonna mince them into onion
Q&A: Do you feel it's significant that the only time we hear Mace Windu call Anakin by his first name, rather than just "Skywalker", is when he's trying to justify his killing of an unarmed and surrendered Palpatine? Do you feel that added to Anakin's fear of the Jedi council manipulating him throughout the events of ROTS?
Q&A: I am a little bit worried about Ahsoka's future in animation. We only have the bad batch lined up now and she might appear there, but what if another animation show takes place after Mando & the Ahsoka series. Do you think they give her the Saw Gerrera treatment and replace Ashley Eckstein with Dawson. I really hope they don't, but I fear they might. Basically saying Ashley is the younger Ahsoka & Dawson the older?
Q&A: in the Ascendancy between Chaos Rising and Treason so that they can go from barely having enough Sky Walkers for every ship to the Steadfast having five Sky Walkers?
They might not have that many ships. Especially since in star wars, fleets are relatively small.
Also in legends (If this counts), the chiss had around 5 trillion beings. Rare might be relative.
woah havent seen a video in a moment (work, parenting etc) and I havent seen long hair molly in a minute!
Alex hasnt changed in probably 9 years lol. Glad to be back!
Q&A: Who were Korkie Kryze’s parents? I know Obi-Wan is NOT his father, but where they were during the Mandalore Throne Crisis? I mean, if Satine and Bo-Katan had a brother / sister, that would have been relevant to the throne lineage, right?
Maybe Korkie's parents died during the war and Bo-Katan blamed Satine which is part of the reason why she joined death watch ?
Tenebrous is canon, he had a legion of Sith Troopers named after him in TROS its in the same bit with Revan, Phobos, Tanis and Desolous
Technically that only confirms that a Sith lord named Tenebrous existed at some point(at best). I mean I'm with you, I think it would be stupid to recanonize him as a different character and not Plagueis master so I hope that if Tenebrous comes back he is Plagueis master but it's not been confirmed yet.
The Obi-Wan series doesn't need to only take place 10 years after RotS. There could be a flashback to Obi-Wan first getting to Tatooine and hearing about Vader. Part of ep 1 maybe be early into his exile
Thanks for answering my question!
Nobody:
Alex: Bro, I'm totally high on this medicinal moderna right now
I feel it would only be in the case of trying to steer the CIS in a more peaceful direction, while also trying to help turn his Master back. Qui-Gon had problems with the council, but not the Jedi way.
You two are my faves
Who is the character (besides Ahsoka ofc) you least expected to like at first but loved in the end?
Darth Tenebrous actually *IS* Canon. He was mentioned in the Rise of Skywalker visual guide as one of the names of the Sith fleet alone with Revan and a few others.
Tenebrous is Canon because in the Visual Guide of Star Wars The Rise of Skywalker, The Sith Legions are named after the Sith Lords who came before, especially Darth Revan being listed as one of them
Right but the only canon part about him is he was a sith
Ironic. Yesterday I started reading Labyrinth of Evil and a few minutes ago I read chapter 5 which asks the same question.
Stoned damon Q&A needs to be a monthly thing
Obi-Wan heard Palpatine call him Lord Vader in the temple holograms.
Omega will be a force sensitive navigator
Now that we also have the High Republic to expand the universe more, would Qui-Gon have been granted/allowed to take the Wayseeker title/path? Yoda surely would have remembered Orla Jareni and her choice to become a Wayseeker, so there would have been knowledge/precedent of the option within the Council.
Q&A; Is Dooku Jedi Lost considered to be during the High Republic, as we know that the Acolyte is set in the High Republic and meant to be 50 years before Episode One. Surely that's in the right time frame to be High Republic.
In the episode 9 visual dictionary it is said that a sith trooper legion was named tenebrous(plagueis master) but just the name not the fact that he is plagueis's master
Episode 9 visual dictionary says sith troopers are organised into legions named of the ancient Sith Lords notable legions are
Revan/Andeddu/Tanis/Tenebrous/phobos/desolous. That's all it says.
So they are canon by name.
Titanium requires special techniques to turn it into useful forms. I would think beska would require forging techniques beyond the techniques used in normal iron.
5:30 Let's bring back Huyang, if it's not too expensive.
Q: with the release of Ewoks: Battle for Endor: who would you choose to actual hit something: stormtroopers or mauraders?
Best way to handle the super good Legends stuff in Mouse Canon like Plagueis would be simply to adapt the book to screen with minimal changes. Redoing the whole book would just be bad.
Just put Liam Neeson's face upon Ian McKellen on the scene between Saruman and Gandalf.
Bad jokes aside, I guess Qui Gon and Dooku would have come to an agreement, a sort of middle point that prevented the Count's fall
Q&A : hiw big do you think that palpatin's part in the bad batch will be?
I think Echo is probably the droid in the Bad Batch with all his attachments and implants
Hes not a driod, hes a cyborg
Q&A: do you think l we will see cad bane in the bad batch?
Qui-Gon would prolly talk him out of becoming a sith but still fight for the same cause. They’d create some third thing for the time being or Jinn would have to fight Dooku.
Q/A: Other than the Zilo, what other kaiju-like beasts exist in Star Wars?
Were Jedi Council members allowed to have Padawans? In Master and Apprentice the big conflict between Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan is that Qui-Gon would no longer be his master if he joins the council, yet in The High Republic and Dooku: Jedi Lost, jedi council members do have Padawans (Yoda, Tera Sinube, Stellan Gios). Is there a solid answer for this?
Q&A: Do you think that Ajunta Pall is counted as one of the lost 20?
I have a special script for Star Wars and story idea about the Battle of Taanab and prey they don't explore it until I can!
Y’all definitely filmed this on 420 LOL
There’s a huge sale on Comixology for a bunch of Legends Star Wars comic runs, which would you say are a must to pick up?
I could very well see PG happening accidentally. With something like Star Wars that doesn't have a lot of sex or drugs or swearing, if they just released something that had violence primarily against droids, or had a premise that naturally had less violence in it, it could very well end up landing on the PG side of the line.
As an example, here in Australia, Ant-Man and the Wasp ended up being PG and most people didn't even realise.
I would like to know, is Ewok magic and the force the same thing?
Echo is the droid. Too soon?
Echo will be the fan favorite droid of the Bad Batch
Don't know if it's been asked before, but what would happen if Anakin just lost the pod race in episode 1? Would Anakin, Padme, Qui Gon, Kenobi, etc. all just be stranded?
Qui Gon still helped the Jedi after his death so there's no way he would have left the Jedi order. He didn't even leave after he 'left'.
A lot of people seem to like batman and boba fett for the same reasons. Particularly when they're depicted as bad ass, and when they beat people up. I tend to like batman for his kinder moments like in JLU when he sits with ace before she dies. Is there a boba fett story where he shows genuine kindness kinda like his hesitation to kill his fellow clones in the clone wars?
Didn't Obi-Wan already know Anakin was Vader? He saw the holo tape with Yoda where Palpatine named him...
according to wookiepedia, tenebrous is canon just not a lot about him is
Hmm - the comment about Mandalorian heirloom armors got me thinking - what do they do if a family has not the same number of childran as grandparents - so if a family has lets say 5 children, would they just pick some of them that get the armor, or split it in pieces?
Q&A: Why did Palpatine make Anakin kill the Jedi Temple younglings if he wanted Force-sensitive children for Project Harvestor / inquisitors?
Qui-Gon may have tried to unite the separatists and republic peacefully with Padme’s help, I’m not sure if he’d lead clones against them but I can’t see him as a separatist
The boy you trained... gone he is... consumed... by Darth Vader 🤨
What happened to Kyra after her appearance in Solo?
Of course he know who Vader is... Yoda told Obi Wan that...after Obi-Wan saw the hologram of him killing jedi's lol.
I'd love a B1 droid join the bad Batch XD
I would love to see live action Plagueis
Echo is the droid in the bad batch
*Q/A:* Do you think there will ever be a time when Star Wars stops making new content all together? I think something like Star Wars and the MCU won't stop for a ~long~ time.
I hear 2025.
Q&A: Will LucasFilm ever release the original theatrical versions to the Library of Congress?
They keep sending the digitally enhanced versions from the first Widescreen DVD release, and the Library of Congress keeps rejecting them.
I think fans would be deeply disappointed if Obi-Wan Kenobi does not learn of Darth Vader’s survival from a Holonet news broadcast in a Tattooine cantina.
[EDIT] BTW, the Lando Calrissian biography at Wookieepedia details the events of the Battle of Taanab. Apparently, Lando wiped out an entire Imperial task force using his wits and tractor beams.
Can KotOR become Canon again? I mean, Revan is Canon, so is Malak, Meetra, Kreia, Sion, and Nihilus, as well as Malachor V, so couldn't they just recanonize it, even if they have to alter Malachor to fit Rebels?
"Episode 9 visual dictionary. Sith Trooper units were named after ancient sith lords notable legions were:
Revan/Andeddu/Tanis/Tenebrous/phobos/desolous."
So there canon by name.
Temple Of Doom scared a ton of kids and angered their parents. It is actually the movie responsible for the creation of the PG-13 rating.
Do you think Qui-Gon would have fit more in with the Jedi of the High Republic better than the Jedi of the Republic?
I couldn't see him fighting on the front lines like the other Jedi.
100% fine with Leia being back but struggle as to the why... she should be in the senate not some rogue military leader right now.
Is that lego millennium falcon s corona measure to keep you apart
Haven't you read the rise of vader??? Obi wan is in a cantina on mos isley and sees a holonet of vader and another patron tells him about vader slaughtering wookies and jedi on kashyyk. That's how he finds out anskin/vader is still alive !
Is that canon?
Would qui gon join dooku? No I think he may have contemplated it but ultimately no he thought he could do the most good from within
Is anyone confused on why echo isn’t an arc trooper anymore because I am.
Tenebrous is Canon
Qui-Gon wouldn't have joined Dooku. If the Jedi forced him to be a general and involved in the army then I think he would have left the order. Of they wouldn't force him he would have stayed a Jedi I think.
Which sequel characters would you like to see more of?
Qui-Gon def wouldn't have joined dooku, but i do think he would have left the order to train anakin had he survived.
What if Billie Lourd played her tho?
Or did they film this on 4/20????????????????
Is Vader the dad of Luke and Leila
Q&A: Around when and how do you think the inquisitorius fell?
Rael Averross didn’t.
Cast Billie as Leia ❤️
BUT WHAT ABOUT THE WILLS!??!?!?!
PG-13 films are allowed one ‘f-bomb’ so where would you put it in any of the films?
My choices would either be Mace Windu get thrown out the window while calling Anakin or Palpatine a motherf***er, Palpatine dropping a f-bomb while falling down the shaft in Episode 6 or Lando dropping a f-bomb after the dish gets knocked off after promising Han Solo "not a scratch".
Q&A: was the rise of skywalker the first time Rey saw Luke’s force ghost, or do you think they talked at least one in between 8 and 9?
Could Satine have donated her armor to the museum that held the device Maul is transported in?
I think that while she destroyed a lot of stuff, Bo-Katan even says that all the devices to hold Jedi captive had been destroyed and that this was the last one, so Satine's not against preserving history. Perhaps the last Mandalorian armor worn by the leader of Mandlore now lives in a museum... which will soon be raided by the Empire and taken advantage of. :The Price Is Right Losing Horn:
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom created the PG-13 rating.
Star Wars needs its own film rating system because obviously PG and PG-13 aren't enough
