As some of my riders does not satisfy with their performances and I would like to take new riders on their place. Bare in mind that I have a world tour team with full squad of 23 rider. Thanks

I also know I can select the country and assign it to the scout, but does the research actually generate young Swedish cyclists?
It does, it depends on popularity of cycling in the country for how many riders are available but typically there will be atleast 20 juniors scout able each year for each country
They are. But since they're put together with Norway (and Finland) who are much stronger, the a Mount of riders won't be very high (typically 10 Norwegians to 1 Swedish)

Why have they changed the training system in Pro cyclist career you cannot manage your training and form curve what so ever you have 0% control over you shape your fitness peak or anything the new system is bloody awfull and god damn beyond useless

If you had added Gregoire to your dossiers sooner then you would for sure have been able to sign him
Unless you have a rider with atleast 30% interest in signing they will never sign for you regardless of how much you offer

Afraid not, PCM removed the ability to ditch riders a few years ago iirc.

Afaik the guys who get assigned leader lose morale if they don't win races, no clue about the other roles

You need a database, he explains this in the first episode. The one i use is worldDB you can find it in the workshop.

I think you should have let go of Vogel, he has been nothing but a disappointment to your teams so far.
His contract didn't run out this year.
