All I know is that at my age (similar to Kathy's) if I didn't like particular members of my family and had no desire or intention of mending fences with them then there is no way I would invest my hard earned money to buy a property in the same area as them, let alone across the road from them. Louis getting a P.I. and threatening them was more then enough for everyone to speak to anyone they want,go after Teresa's kids,businesses and go after every thing about Louis heck they should hire the best P.I. to investigate Teresa,Louis there kids ,Jennifer Aydin and every family member!!! After teresa,louis and Jennifer Aydin did what they did to the casts children and livelihoods those three deserve Everything they've got coming!
They got a PI to investigate his ex Vanessa and that uncovered Margaret’s involvement which she repeatedly lied about. That’s where any investigations came from because some people inserted themselves into a legal case, which Louis won.
Kathy should understand better than anyone else how TREE STUMP works!! I understand she feels hurt, but she also knows Joe was trying to maintain and cultivate a better relationship with his sister at the time. He’s done a lot of things to try and keep that relationship together and finally got tired of it. Honestly, he has been more loyal to TREE STUMP than she’s ever been to anyone. She expects everything from everyone that she’s NOT willing to give to anyone!! Joe finally got tired of being used and her disloyalty to HIM!! She is truly delusional in how she thinks!! NARCISSISM at its finest!!

I think Kathy was being petty on WWHL. All I know is that at my age (similar to Kathy's) if I didn't like particular members of my family and had no desire or intention of mending fences with them then there is no way I would invest my hard earned money to buy a property in the same area as them, let alone across the road from them. It wouldn't matter if I had wanted that piece of property for decades. I've had enough drama to last me a lifetime, so if those people were already living in the street I would let that dream go and find a new piece of land.

Teresa called you and your sister cancer, talked mess about your father, blamed your mom for the issues and Kathy that they had with her father.
