Wow the whole thing is finally demolished in less than a year. Next is chesterfield mall this fall chesterfield mall is closing august 31st.
Yeah, it went fast. I'll have to keep an eye on the chesterfield mall, i was wanting to get out there the last two weeks, but life has been keeping me busy.
Fireghost 🎉🎉 day 147 and it's all gone, I think in the urbex world , it's sad to see it's demolished, so many exploration videos on Yt about it but nothing beats documenting it's progressing decay however unfortunately vandalism and scrapping made the mall eyesore for the communities and a dangerous place. So for the community it's most likely something that was long time coming.. but again this place has been documented throughly. I don't know how far you are from some of the popular abandoned malls but I've seen that Northridge is in the process of getting gutted for demolition, recently seeing Phillipsburg mall in NJ also just recently got fenced up and heavy machinery placed on the property. So I don't know if you'd be able to document any of those. 🎉
It is sad to see it gone, and i've been happy to document the progress, it's sad that it's basically over, i haven't seen much work over the last couple weeks, they're active up there, but there's not much changing on the ground. I'm debating on finding another project to start documenting. Schools been kicking my butt.
Wow, it's gone...all that's left is Dillard's loading dock, the lower level of Sears, the Roosevelt Federal/Baucom's Precious Memories, and the Boatmen's Bank Building.
wow, all that's left are piles of rubble!
