May I say how much I admire the coach of MAD. To me he is the best coach. I've seen how he creates a home-like atmosphere for his players and how much they like him even when they leave the team. I saw Humanoid look with almost love and a bit of regret at him when he first saw Mac after joining FNC. I have also never seen Hyli laugh so much as in MAD. After all, friendship in a team is the best recipe for winning. I am proud of you guys. I believe you can do it and win vs BDS. Have fun and believe in yourself! Also, believe in Hyli! He is a crazy genius. He sees things others can't, which works most of the times (not always, but who can win 100% in this world).

Elyoya needs to get out of this team as soon as he can. He needs to carry every game and his mental is suffering from the pressure on his shoulders. The best part is Nisqy and Mac just chilling and eating being 2-0 in the final and when Elyoya wants to solve the problems they just shut him up and send him for a walk. The only one that says something coherent is Hyli in the minute 14:30
G2 tried buying him for 2023 but MAD refused to sell him even though he wanted to go. Just think about that

Este equipo no necesita un discurso motivador/amable, sino un mensaje de realidad: a trabajar en los errores evidentes y con ello ya mejorará el mental. Imagine seeing your dream your passion in front of you, It's something you know you can achieve... After going 0-2 you know it's not over but need to have a good plan this time to be able to make it.. You think your team mates on the same page! "They are surely want it as much as I do"... Just so when you want to fix some stuff quickly and have a plan for the third game watching your team mates chilling, taking it easy like what ever and biting an apple in front of your face.

His mate is tilted, he's asking him to take a break to reset his mental state to be focused for the rest of the BO. It was a good decision from Nisqy.
We all want Elyoya to do well because he is one of the best players in Europe, and we want him to be in a team of his level with players who have the same ambition, the problem is that there aren't many of this type. players in Europe, I could say that Caps has that same level of ambition, and hopefully at some point they get together, but there are 3 other lines in which I don't see that same ambition in any player, and another player that could have that ambition was vetheo who wanted to sign him but he went to excel and his performance was not good, at least it feels good to have hylissang in the team who is not at his best but already has a lot of knowledge of the game and knows how Elyoya feels.

Viendo todos los comentarios que han dado el staff, desde el discurso de inicio de just chill, de enviar a elyoya a dar un paseo y ir de chill como si no pasara nada y empezamos de 0, etc... normal que el equipo termine quemado despues de perder la final y haga el ridiculo en temporada de primavera, los jugadores no se merecen esto. El staff va como si esto fuera un dia mas, como si dieran por sentado que su equipo va a ganar asi porque si, mas pasotas a no poder, cualquier jugador explota.

I think people are digging here too much. You're all just watching without context. Elyoya is enrage for the game they lost, but that energy he's bringing on the team doesn't help them on their next game. If he address it a little more subtle then maybe the team will listen, but if they amswer him with anger it will only spark a conflict, which will damage their next game. For me it's really better for him to chill out and take a break from that moment. They'll probably talked about all mistakes anyways after all the games pkayed. But express it this way isn't good and won't be constructive at all especially when people are already tilted even if they do not show it. In my opinion this clip just shows how passionate Elyoya is and how professional Nisqy is.

Quien no entienda a elyoya nunca ha competido en ningun deporte o nunca ha aspirado a ser el mejor, la realidad es que al resto les falta sangre. No puedes ir 0-2 y estar tan tranquilos y si lo estan es que no valen para esto, lo siento mucho.
