tip: if you dont have a cable to connect the ti 83/ 84 to your pc, just use a old gba charger, it might look like it will fail, but it fits and works perfectly!
You can also use a ps3 controller charger

5:55 the reason you press mode was because before you enter Mario you pressed 2nd to open Mario and pressing mode after pressing 2nd quits (it says quit above mode too)

For those who cant download you need to right click download button then click inspect in the inspect tab click the red x in the top right

Just a bit confused how I’m supposed to plug in the calculator itself. My cord goes into my calculator on both ends, it could anyway. So there is no place to plug into the computer. Btw I have a ti 83 plus

when i try to send mirageos to my TI-84 Plus Ce, it says "USB communication error: Flash application has a bad signature"

if your calculator is a TI-84 Plus CE, then dont use this, search up a tutorial specially made for that calculator, i managed to find one made for my version of the calculator

No, make sure your batteries aren’t low, and change the computer input. Let me know if you figure it out or not!

Try different usb ports on your calculator, restart your computer, or reset your calculator if you are willing!

is there a "mirage' thing for just the c edition, don't apparenltly have ce?
It’s called CESIUM for the CE, another one is ARTIFICE CE

It may seem like your calculator is turned off, but it's normal and harmless to your calculator.

That’s weird! Try restarting your computer and taking out your calculator batteries! If you fix it let me know how you did it!

Try deleting some of your apps, as that takes up the most memory. Let me know if you still need help

Sorry to hear that! Did you try sending the to the archive? Clearing the ram might also help but back up your programs first!

What do I do if it says I can’t download securely
First try a different web browser like Mozilla Firefox, or check to make sure your firewall (in settings) is turned off. You can do a quick google search for that!
For some reason when I boot Mario, the image is warped and out of place almost diagonal. Does anyone know how to fix it?
Maybe reinstall your calculator operating system?
I keep on getting a message saying I don't have enough memory on the device even though I sent it to archive. I also tried doing one download at a time and got the same message

if you're still here and see this comment, I did everything you said and it all worked! except when I click on Mario in mirage, it doesn't show any of the levels. there is a Medit folder with all the levels in it but i cant play any of them. do you know how to fix this? I had to download the file tat had mario and mirage in the same zip file, does that have anything to do with it?
When you send the files, do you send them to the archive? It seems like a archive/ram problem

Ti wizard link doesnt work and mega link isnt compatable with ti84 :(
Try using “TI-Connect CE” it’s a newer software for the calculator

Did you try taking out your batteries? That usually fixes most issues.

PLEASE PIN: IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
If it displays as a "staircase" pattern search "AlcdFix Program" and add it to the calculator. Once it is downloaded run the program (there will be prompts asking to press enter, just do it every time you see it.) Once you do that it should be fixed (BTW i'm using a TI 84 plus calculator i have no idea on if it works for the TI 83 plus.)

Hello! I was following this process, but once I got to the part to transfer everything to my calc, it kept saying something along the lines of 'This transfer was unsuccessful'. I retried multiple times and restarted my computer, but it still does not work. Any tips???? Sorry to sound like a total idiot lol. :))
Try using ti-connect CE instead. Look up “ti-connect ce” on google

Yeah Google chrome is weird. You’ll have to download it from a different browser like Microsoft edge or safari
