    I started kettlebell training with two bells a 4 kg.
    The farmer walk is good.

      Great to hear! Farmer's walks are excellent. I'm also a big fan of the suitcase carry!

    Would you say this would be a suitable warm up ? Or would you recommend something else ?

    I've only got kettlebells, any recommendations for pushing/pressing exercises . I'm stuck with press ups.

      They're a great tool! Overhead press, clean + press, snatch, floor press and Turkish getups are all good pushing-focussed exercises.
