It's another typical shounen. And I've been reading this manga weekly ever since it had 10 chapters. It's pretty good but not worth watching again.
I don't know much about manga or its popularity, but after watching the initial two episodes, I can sense that it will be enjoyable to watch. In my opinion, the episode was excellent.

Jo spin off hai ...waise to kaafi badly written book hai...but there are some parts of it which are interesting, like the description of the physical appearance of the San-Ti(Trisolarians)...jo ki original trilogy mai Liu Cixin ne jaan bujh ke unke appearance ke baare mai nhi likha tha....the san-ti in accordance to the 4th book look like small bugs, equivalent to the size of a grain if rice! Which turns to make the san-ti into a race with inferiority complex with the problem of projection onto others ......this is also one of the reasons why i hate the 4th book and love the og trilogy
