@@jasmineiam the second runner has to stay in their lane for the first 100. The first girl was all over the inside lane. Illegal should have been disqualified.
I missed this race as well, I left the stadium to get a drink from our tent and as soon as I left I heard NEW NATIONAL RECORD and I was a little disappointed 😂
Track Life University should have been DQd. The 1st leg ran alllll over her inside lane line on the back turn.
She was all over that line
and to add insult to injury, the exchange from 1 to 2 was horrible all around. The outgoing runner was positioned wrong. Correct that and they could take a second or two off their time.
She didn't cross the line, she was on it, but I think it's like two steps out on your lane get you dq'd
