Folding Facade Panels Grasshopper Tutorial: Part 2

In this two-part example we are going to develop a facade panel that can configure by folding. We will look into rotation on a plane and using angle parameters to maintaining the lengths of the folding pieces.

I have a perforated surface that I want to set as the design for the folding panels, how can I connect it into grasshopper? So that it looks like the thumbnail?
