    How to Make Hyderabadi Beetroot Sabzi: A Delicious and Healthy Side Dish
    Ingredients:
    2 large beetroots, peeled and grated
    1 onion, chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
    1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    1 teaspoon coriander powder
    1 teaspoon cumin powder
    1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
    1/4 teaspoon garam masala
    Salt to taste
    Oil for cooking
    Instructions:
    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
    Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute more.
    Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy, about 5 minutes.
    Add the beetroot, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Stir to coat the beetroot in the spices.
    Cook for 10 minutes, or until the beetroot is soft and cooked through.
    Season with salt to taste.
    Serve hot with roti, rice, or naan.
    Tips:
    You can add other vegetables to the sabzi, such as carrots, potatoes, or peas.
    If you want a spicier sabzi, you can add more red chili powder.
