Longer fasting will burn fat but not a good diet. It will make unhealthy. One time skip is good, not more than that. Take low carbs and Do exercise, cycling walking, yoga to burn out the fat. I started cycling for an hour morning n feel so good 😊- barath from Bangalore

I think Again Suresh Kumar Gained weight. Weight loss is not about one day FB / Instagram or Twitter Post its all about consistency and life long journey. Weight loss is easy but maintaining the weight loss is tough . Weight loss is like a Rubber band. If you fail to maintain then the more you strechted the rubber band the big you become. I understand everyone is busy in their work but spending an hour per day will keep you BEST
