The degree to which the younger generation can be self-absorbed is astonishing to me. If the underlying narcissism were rooted in some evident talent or achievement, perhaps it could be understood, but when it is founded entirely on the presumption of “I think I’m pretty because men are eyeing me,” then it becomes just sad. Yes men are eyeing you because you spend 2 hours fixing yourself up, wear tight clothes, and compose your body like you are on a fashion shoot and someone with a camera is following you. Not all the stares you are getting are from desire. Still, honestly, I might have understood just a couple of these videos for youthful fun, but you have hundreds! This is your life!! Really!!?
