    In between whether watering is needed or to be kept in sun light or not? You have to be honest and transparent. Half knowledge is bad than no knowledge.

    • @GardeningNeedsPatience
      @GardeningNeedsPatience  Před 3 lety

      Try this in a well-settled plant... Water your plants only when soil gets dry and keep your plant in sunlight.... Just remember, while watering on regular basis ( for all plants ) , the cut portion of your Adenium plant should not come in contact with water 💦..... Spring season is best for this method..... Avoid it during winter season...

    How can a grafted adenium be pruned like shown above

    • @GardeningNeedsPatience
      @GardeningNeedsPatience  Před 3 lety

      Don't hard prune grafted adenium.. Just prune it 2-4 inches above from grafted region... Let, the new shoots* to grow ( it may split into 1,2.. etc ) & again prune it after 4-6 months.. In this way try to make grafted adenium bushy... ( * If after pruning grafted adenium, only one shoots appear then we can implement the shown technique ).

    • @GardeningNeedsPatience
      @GardeningNeedsPatience  Před 4 lety +1

      After pruning, pinch the new buds only once, this promotes further new buds... When branches grow 1-2 inches then we can again pinch it... By doing this, there are certain probability that the branch will split into two...

      Use pinch off potash fertilizer or NPK once in a week. ( Growth depends on climatic factors also, during spring growth is fast ).. Give it some time, it will grow..

      Please wait for few more weeks.. New shoots will grow in upcoming days... Just keep your plant in sunlight... Actually, if we pruned it during starting of spring season then new shoots will grow in 10-15 days.. But sometimes it takes 3-4 weeks, depending on various climatic factors....

      Water only when soil gets dry, no need to water regularly... During summer, water in every 1-2 days & in winter, once in a 1-2 weeks... After pruning keep it in semi shade. when new shoots appear shift it in full sunlight. ( Normally this plant require full sunlight for healthy growth 👍)
