Can you show us two people having a date together? It doesn't have to be infield, it can be one of your men having a mock date with one of your models. it's kind of hard for a man who's a beginner to "just be himself" especially if he's always been shy and introverted. Having a mock date would be awesome from the moment they hug each other as an intro all the way to kissing her or taking her home and ending the date.
You were on a date, and you didn't even know he was attracted to you? People who aren't attracted to each other don't agree to go on a date.
Only-Chads are loved. If a man is only an 8, there won't be a date (unless it's about money, etc).
This is why men should start friendzoning women and get to know their single friends. And if their single friends only love chads, friend zone them too. Rinse and repeat.

This is why I retired. Never did quite get it down, no matter how many books, articles, periodicals, videos, or even live coaching. I could never quite get it down. And now it's even 50 times more difficult than it used to be. Now add that to the fact that I'm older, heavier, and everything seems to hurt from injury. Why try anymore? 😕
