If using 22ga. shooting wire, here are the number of igniters that can be connected to one cue. Talons should only be connected in parallel. Ematches can be wired in series.
For 50' of wire: 10 in series, 4 in parallel
    100': 9 in series, 3 in parallel
    250': 8 in series, 3 in parallel
    500': 6 in series, 2 in parallel

I was also wondering if you could wire it inside of the module box, wire it to a female plug but first traced the size of the plug to the side of the box and cut a hole in the side of the box amount to box there, then make your six wire slat with the male plug, then all you have to do is plug into the box. this when you have an internal plug coming out the side of the box and you'll have to make a hole in the case when you can make like a rubber boot it will cover it up when not in use

that's a great idea, I would just take them wires from the module and make them about 2 inches 3 inches long then put them in a female plug, then make your own slat with the six speaker wire connectors with a male plug then you could still use a lid on your module I'll have to carry around that bored

it's a great idea with the alligator clips you save a lot of money, because you can get 11 inch wires real cheap for the E match I know that'll save me a couple hundred bucks

I showed the alligator clips because they work. Solder the alligator clips to the wire and use the wire over and over. This saves enormous amounts of time in set-up since you are not scabbing every cue.
Look at the first few minutes of my other video, "Cobra Module on a Tripod". It shows another demo of the reusable shooting wire. I also have other videos on hard wiring mortar racks and reusable wires. I no longer solder speaker pins on to my reusable wires, it's unnecessary. Just tin the wire.

Scott's should make them with a plug in the side

Wow thats great, should i solder the talon clips to the shooting wire or will alligator clips work?

Would you be able to connect the one shooting wire to multiple talon clips?

How do you connect the wire into the terminals under the DB25 port?

The whole point of this modification is to avoid that since those connections are so hard to get at. I have substituted the big speaker terminals for the tiny little spring terminals under the DB 25 port.

I may have misunderstood your question. The wires from the speaker terminals are plugged in to the tiny terminals under the DB 25, and I used a small screwdriver to pop them open to get the wires in. Which is exactly what I don’t want to have to do in the field with ematches. I have since altered this module to Quickplugs so none of this is necessary any more.
