'In The Red' follows the Glasgow Tigers Speedway team over the 2019 season. It highlights the highs and the lows of the team's season, the sport as a whole and the people that make the sport what it is.
I've been driving past this place all my life and had no idea of the talent and hard work that goes on behind the walls. Well done to all those who are involved. Superb documentary.
Hi, I’m the announcer and incident recorder at Belle Vue. This is superb and congratulations to everyone involved promoting our beloved sport of speedway! Well done!! 👍🏻
One of the lads I worked with does this and he told me about the sport. I honestly didn’t think I would like it, but it was fantastic. Thanks Junior, it was an amazing thing to watch!
Best regards from Poland. Only speedway fans can understand why we are sa freak about this sport. Miss it so much :( my team today should start the season..... Tylko Falubaz :)
A very impressive documentary, showing the passion, investment and commitment of the Facenna brothers, so well backed up by their management team and the army of volunteers.... even from down south where I am, you cannot help but admire the way the riders were put together and it is obvious their feelings towards the club...... as has been said for a while, in many ways, Glasgow has set a benchmark, which others are now seriously tracking in their own way/...... here's to any form of 2020 season and to you all - be safe !!
Excellent documentary true reflection on speedway as a sport and a loyal fanbase, one of the few sports where all the family can go and enjoy them selves. Well done making this documentary.
Excellent documentary. Hoping that this great sport returns as soon as possible and that my team (Workington Comets) will return to the track to race the Tigers in 2021. Razzer and Kyle were brilliant for us in 2018.
Epic, as a Newcastle fan this shows exactly how it should be done, I remember going to the old Shawfield when Wolverhampton were visiting and the passion of the fans still remains, shame we don't have that at brough park. Well done.
A really brilliant documentary giving an excellent insight into the sport . Having lost our track here in Reading many years ago am so pleased that Glasgow is now all set up for the future. Envy you Tigers, enjoy it and good luck whenever you're back on track .
Brilliant film. Came back to my home town five years ago after a long time away and started watching the Tigers after a gap of forty years!! Well done the Facena brothers and also for lifting up the community in Possil. Hope all the other clubs in the speedway family can find the money to raise their game and really put speedway on the sporting map. Great doco to showcase what can be done if there's a will, a community and a focus
Speedway is my family sport. We all gather in front of TV and watch together all GP's and all speedway that we can. Anyone who support speedway in any kind of way got my full respect, because as much as it is still (even with some improvements with safety) very dangerous sport, it is very underrated compared to others. So, to all the people behind the scene, all the sponsors, owners, trainers and mostly all the riders, much much love from me and my family. For me, you are the toughest and the biggest fighters from all.
Enjoyed this documentary. Great job by all those who participated in making this. Ashfield looks very different to how I remember although I was a kid and it was 20 years ago. I enjoyed it back then but it looks like a huge improvement has been made. Hopefully I'll get to a meeting up there in the not too distant future.
What a sterling job you have all done as a Club and the strongest support team ever. It was really good to be able to see this production and I wish I could say the 2020 season would provide more good footage for the season, but I tend to think a 2020 Doco would be much less entertaining. Hopefully this season is not all lost, but whatever way it goes, I wish you all at the Tigers, the very best and I hope you all stay well to return whenever that can happen.
Absolutely brilliant documentary by Glasgow, very professional film & club. 👍 Altho I'm not a Leicester fan I do go to every home meeting as it's my nearest track, well done to the Lions 🦁 🏆! 🤭
When I was able to support Stoke Potters , when they rode in the same league as Glasgow Tigers, I have to say that I personally thought that the Tigers fans were the very best. Some very vocal and witty supporters. How I miss those meetings. Now that Stoke have sadly lost their stadium I will follow the Aces more, at Belle Vue, but still maintain that Glasgow Tigers supporters are by far the best away fans in Speedway. Having said all that, i am originally from Leicester, and when I lived there they never won the League or the KO Cup, so I was all for Leicester in the Play offs! Sorry Tigers fans - but i still think you are best away fans in the business.
Greetings from a Panther’s fan. What a fantastic documentary!! Absolutely loved it. Let’s just hope these crazy times pass quickly so we can get going again. Keep safe & best wishes for the season ahead when it arrives 😊😊
Fantastic Patrick. You took a subject I knew nothing about and made a film I was engrossed and invested in til the end. I think undoubtably this will grow the fanbase by more than 100 this year! Truly well done, amazing job all round and good luck to the Tigers for 2020 and beyond 🐯
You’ve made a beautiful documentary that had me gripped from start to finish. The score was amazing too... all of it, it was all amazing! Lovely to learn about the sport, which I knew nothing about beforehand but the human spirit captured in In The Red is just so uplifting, right at a time when it’s needed. Well done Patrick 👍
Loved this and I am sure I will watch again. I was making plans to visit Ashfield for the GP qualifyer this year Excelent documentary.Very much on a par with BT Sports speedway film. Cant wait to visit.
Really enjoyed this. Very well made and compelling viewing for a speedway fan like me but would also be great if you knew nothing about the sport. Credit to the Tigers, headed very much in the right direction 👍
Thank you for the time and effort put into this, and to let it be watched free for all sorts of Speedway fans. I’m a Berwick fan, and thoroughly enjoyed that win in the double header last season, but appreciate the way Glasgow are making the sport more accessible and attractive. The best sport in the world.
Glasgow is a great team with great fans and I never see crump ward Hancock and so on make a fuss like CCook did regarding track they used to put sawdust down to soak up the water in elite league days After saying that Glasgow you run a good team with great fans I hope your all healthy and see you later this year OK I and all that Pete EAGLES FOREVER
Really enjoyed it , not even a fan , but I might be now . Can I ask where Micheal Facenna is ? As I met him on a motorbike tour of Morocco, lovely man .
I've been driving past this place all my life and had no idea of the talent and hard work that goes on behind the walls. Well done to all those who are involved. Superb documentary.

Hi Neil ,I cherished going to Belle Vue to watch the National pairs being an Ellesmere Port fan in the 70's
One of the lads I worked with does this and he told me about the sport. I honestly didn’t think I would like it, but it was fantastic. Thanks Junior, it was an amazing thing to watch!
Well worth a watch. From a fan in Norwich, Norfolk that supports King’s Lynn, I think I’m now an avid Glasgow fan too ❤️❤️❤️
Best regards from Poland. Only speedway fans can understand why we are sa freak about this sport. Miss it so much :( my team today should start the season..... Tylko Falubaz :)
Used to go to watch the Brummies at Perry Bar and then B'ham Wheels, till they closed, always enjoyed it, must go back again, thanks for a great film.
Absolutely superb film. Captured the essence of Speedway. Well done. Eastbourne Eagles fan.
Brilliant film , well done .
I can't wait for the speedway to start again
I’m a new fan 10 years old and I’m loving this sport going every Friday to support my team🤍❤️

Brilliant. Only thing that beats this is being there and experiencing the adrenaline and rollercoaster of emotions felt throughout a season.😍
Fantastic watch! C'MON the Glasgow Tigers 🔴⚪

Absolutely superb documentary. Looks like a trip or two to Ashfield is in order when Speedway can return.
A superb film.

This is the best thing I've watched in ages. All the best from Australia 👍
