good video however I want to add that the safemode is NOT set out of the box (or mine wasn't). buyers need to add stability mode by going into the forward programming, Safe, then stability. Make sure to set the stability on with the throttle hold on normal. also I had to go to warning and switch the mode because mine was giving me a warning when the transmitter was on hold already.
I think I did that, I may have missed that part in my video. Thanks for the info.

I am thinking about a first helicópter, for beginers, i know how to fly drones only, cheers and thanks mate👍😁
Im learning also I took it out for a quick hover and it did very well my friend at HH gave me some good tips I shared in the video and the settings he recommended worked great.
Same. With drones, I fly 1st person (fpv or dji)
Learning the orientation is key, especially w helis! I have the 330s and it’s a great beginner heli, that can do full 3d. Use a sim, like real flight. I learned a lot about how to keep orientation

Yes i sure would like too own one ot many very awsome heli now seems like everyone is being very creative with all this tecknolgy but there is a need for it keep up the good work you can buy just about any size and comes with great features hope to have one soon
What was it you were setting this for around the 4 mins and 13 seconds mark, automatic, and what was the other setting ? I could'nt see the words,thanks droneman!
Frame rates to automatic and servo mode to hybrid 11/22ms

@@DronemanJoeRc I just received my 330s yesterday,gonna do some preflight checks and see where the heli is as far as flying stable etc.etc. is concerned.👍🏻

Howdy, what does RF mean in system menu access, "RF will be disabled, are you sure yes or no ? This question is what its asking me on my DX8 radio under system setup
Rf is radio frequency, its normal for the system to diconnect when you go into system setup to do your settings. When you go back to your main screen it reconnects to the receiver. I think i answered your questions?

Yeah just follow the manual for transmitter setting and you should have no issues.
Brand new NX10, set up for Brand new 330 s smart Heli, test flying it, set it on the ground powering down, it then right just made a hard roll to the right blades touching the ground and hitting the boom tail. Never had a Heli do what it did, the blade links disconnected from the swash plate, BRAND NEW 330 S, NOT BUT 20 HOURS OLD... Want to return to Horizon Hobby
my issue was a bad esc and they got a bad shipment and replaced mine. You may know copters are very different and its a diff type of flying. I got mine back but I have been practicing on my s220 rtf and its still a bit of practice. sorry you have all these issues my friend in England has a ton of vids on this copter check out Ians exploits he has alot if info.
12:21 wait, it says turn on throttle hold before connecting the flight battery
No what i said was if you had your battery plugged in and if you turned on the trans and throttle cut was off it would go into a safety mode and not engage
How long did horizon hobby take to ship it to you ?
Surprisingly it only took a month, now Idk if that is bc I'm a elite club member and I have a personal contact and he handled it for me personally, but when I wasnt a elite club member it took me about 9 months on my miss geico 36 so idk if they they are moving repairs along better or if they just took care of mine fast bc of the membership I have with HH?? idk but I got it back but haven't took it out yet.

Not sure bud Im doing alot of practice with the 230s smart rtf copter to get this down first. copters are much diff than planes. but I will do one in the future
@@DronemanJoeRc Practice makes perfect. The 230s is a perfect trainer Heli, i love it. I learned a lot from the 230s. Check my upload with the 230s😄, from last year. Was learning to hover
get a microsoft simulator for hilicopers be for you fly it cos you mit crach it

I don’t know to trust this setup cuz you crashed it at first flight
I set it up according to the manual, it wasnt my fault, the esc was programmed wrong from the factory. It was sent back and fixed by HH
