Your paintings are very pretty, you can see progress a lot since several years back. The paper that you use is rough to help the paint set in, otherwise it won't stay on the paper properly.

I just got a try-out set of Sennelier Abstract MATT acrylic in primary colors ...in the pouches, and really like the paint...not so crazy about the pouches, but the paint is very high quality. Worth a try!
Amamos!.... me gusta la facilidad con la que manejas el gouache, aun le tengo un poco de miedo y uso mucha agua y parece mas bien acuarela
The color shift of paint from wet to dry doesn't bother me that much unless it all looks a LOT duller when dry. But it is a consideration when you're using colors you want to emphasize. Multiple layers may help? to counter that a bit or mixing with a high chroma color or just use only the highest chroma colors?
