Hard to believe Moriarty didn't have a better movie career to be nominated amongst those actors and winning obviously suggest s he must have some talent
Lots of talent, but I don’t think he wanted to be a star. Plus he had alcoholic problems.
@@dzanier He also did several year son a huge TV show and probably made some good bank doing that. Then he went insane.
He really is talented.
See the 1975 film "Report to the Commissioner" (based on James Mills 1972 crime novel) where Michael Moriarty plays a rookie cop undercover detective, in NYC USA. With Yaphet Kotto as his wise partner. Incredible book and film both.
I can't believe the audience didn't stand for Ms Davis
He was supposed to have been utterly excellent in this play.
